It is the responsibility of the purchaser to read these terms and conditions before purchasing an animal from us.
All animals are guaranteed to be feeding at the point of sale unless otherwise noted.
Prices are in U.S. Dollars; we are unable to ship outside of the continental United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
In order to reserve an animal, a 25% non-refundable deposit may be made by the customer, and the animal must be paid for, in full, within three (3) months. If the animal is not paid for within three (3) months, you forfeit your reserve on it. All animals must be paid for in full before the animal will be shipped. If for some reason we are unable to supply you with the reserved animal, we will refund your deposit. This is the only time we will refund your deposit!
We do not accept deposits on animals not yet produced.
Payment: We can receive payments through PayPal. It is free to sign up for PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal or Square CC processing. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks through the mail; however, all personal checks must clear the bank before we will ship!
We use FedEx Overnight services for shipping ball pythons.
Python Passion is not responsible for mishandling, damage, theft, or loss due to any courier. We reserve the right to use the courier we feel is best.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen event at our discretion. We will not ship when overnight low temperatures are below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, nor will we ship if daytime highs are above 90 degrees Fahrenheit. The animal's safety and overall well-being is what is most important.
In the event that the animal arrives to you deceased, we must be notified within two (2) hours of arrival, and photos must be included. The deceased animal may be required to be returned to us at our expense. Once it is determined that the animal did arrived deceased, or the animal is returned, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price or may elect to choose another available animal of equal value. However, if any animal is not picked up and Python Passion notified of any problems within two (2) hours of arrival, this guarantee is forfeited. Guarantee is also forfeited if someone is not available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt. We ship all ball pythons with direct signature required, so you must be present to sign for the box.
We also guarantee the health of our animals for 72 hours after arrival. After this time, it is impossible for us to determine exactly what conditions the animal was kept in, and we cannot extend our guarantee past this point.
